May 21, 2013~Poster & Car Decorating at the Johnson's Home

My sis LaDawn has always been like a 2nd Mom to my girls and I to her kiddos.  When Jordan received her flight itinerary she called LaDawn and asked if she would pick her up at the airport & take her to the MTC.  LaDawn was kind enough (not that I ever had any doubts), to pick Jordan up and get her to the MTC.   Jed also took off work to go down with them.

LaDawn's kids were so excited.  Jordan is the first grand daughter on both sides of our family, and she's the first cousin on the Alexander side to go on a mission.  Tycen (my nephew) is obsessed with being a missionary!  SO cute.

For Jed & LaDawn's Monday night family home evening, they had a poster party & decorated their van.  The next afternoon they would be picking up Jordan, who by the way, was treated like a Queen.  LaDawn made a cute "Greenie Bag" since Jordan is officially a brand spankin' new missionary.  Very kind.
